With over 20 years of Commercial Real Estate Experience, Jace continues to exceed expectations with his client focused approach and dedication to building lasting relationships with his clients. While working with investors and clients within the commercial real estate industry, Jace has developed a unique and diversified skill set to assist clients and maximize their objectives.
His multidisciplinary commercial real estate background has provided consultative and real estate brokerage services ranging from complex land assemblage assignments, development, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, acquisition and syndication of commercial properties, and structuring a firm dedicated to providing client centered commercial real estate brokerage services and full service asset management and property management services.
As a graduate of Purdue University and The Krannert School of Business, achieving a bachelor of science degree in Management & Finance, Jace initially pursued his sales and management interests within the financial world with Prudential Preferred Financial Services, specializing in estate planning and small business planning. This established his passion for client interaction and desire to help others achieve their financial goals. He then turned to the real estate arena and joined his father in the mid 1990’s, to further his career and begin the evolution of Murray Commercial. As the firm has evolved to become a full service real estate brokerage and asset management company, he has been instrumental in enhancing the firms’ ability to provide best of class services within the commercial real estate industry.
Active throughout the community and a lifetime resident of the St. Charles area, Jace continues to be active in many volunteer activities and philanthropic support of our communities. He is currently an active board member and past chairman of the Delnor Healthcare Foundation and past board member of the Delnor Health System.

Joining the Murray Commercial team in 2000, Ellen’s role as property manager continually evolves to meet the company’s needs. Strong organizational skills and clear communication have proven vital to her success.
Managing a lease portfolio in excess of $5,000,000.00 Ellen’s thoughtful approach to property management encompasses the physical asset, the financial stability of that asset and maintaining positive tenant relations.
Ellen achieved her Certified Property Manager Designation, CPM in 2008. Attained from theInstituteofReal Estate Management, IREM, this is the highest level awarded in the field of property management.
Keeping active in the community, Ellen is a Board Member for Neurofibromatosis Midwest, NF Midwest and also a member of the Western Dupage Chamber of Commerce. Former positions that Ellen held include Board of Directors for the St. Charles Chamber of Commerce, and the Legislative Committee.

Ann provides over 25 years of commercial and corporate real estate experience. As Senior Broker and Property Manager, her extensive portfolio brings proven expertise in all aspects of real estate including acquisitions, leasing, management, operation, financing and dispositions. Ann’s involvement in transactions representing buyer and seller, tenant and landlord, property owner and property manager give her the unique perspective to understand the key issues of each participant in a negotiation. Whether an individual investor, owner of a small business or an executive for a large corporation, Ann’s personal, dedicated, professional approach ensures that each and every client goal and objective are met. These aspects have contributed to the successful closing of hundreds of transactions with tenants and principals of both local and national significance.
Ann holds a BS in Legal Administration from theUniversityofMinnesotawith numerous years working as a Legal Assistant specializing in real estate for large firms inMinneapolisandChicago. This coupled with 20 years of residency in theFoxValley, Ann’s expertise, negotiating skills, attention to detail, strong market knowledge, executive level contacts and community involvement contributes to the opportunity for success in each and every transaction.
Sharon brings over 9 years of experience practicing Commercial Real Estate to the Murray Team. She has successfully managed and negotiated several Landlord and Tenant Representation assignments for sales and leasing of commercial properties including retail, restaurant, office/medical and industrial properties. Prior to becoming a Commercial Realtor, Sharon was a Marketing Communications Specialist with two local manufacturing companies.
Having a client centered approach, Sharon embraces the opportunity to enhance her clients experience through her results based philosophy, while exceeding her clients expectations. She will identify her client needs and will strategically determine what properties will best suit their needs. Her attention to detail and dedication to serving her clients in a professional, timely manner has allowed her to close many transactions to help her clients achieve success. All property listings are strategically marketed through a wide network of commercial advertising databases as well as through her local network of business and personal associates and networking organizations.
Sharon holds a BS Degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University. She has been a lifetime resident of the Fox Valley area and currently resides in St. Charles with her husband and two children. She is very involved in the local community, volunteering with several local organizations and the St. Charles North High School Athletics Boosters.
Sharon is a member of Northern Illinois Commercial Alliance of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers, St. Charles and Geneva Chamber of Commerce, Board Member of the St. Charles Downtown Partnership and the Realtors Commercial Alliance of the National Association of Realtors.
Account Manager & Broker
Amy joined the firm over 10 years ago and continues to provide dedicated services within the accounting and lease management departments. Having a background in both the profit and non-for-profit industry she understands the importance of short and long term cash flows.
Amy has excellent organizational and analytical skills which is critical for timely responses to ownership, investors, creditors and tenants.
Amy’s proficiency with Sage Property Management software allows her to provide quick and accurate financial reporting.
She also processes and reviews all new leases, renewals, terminations and assignments. Her strength in building and maintaining relationships is very beneficial when dealing with tenants, ownerships and investors.
Amy has also recently obtained her Illinois Broker’s license which is an asset to our firm. With her financial and lease management skills she brings diversity to the team and has added another level of depth to the firm in dealing with Commercial Real Estate transactions.
Amy and her husband have lived in Elburn for the past 16 years and have raised 2 daughters in the community. She is active in the Kaneland School District, and is a regular volunteer at the annual Lions Club Elburn Days Festival which draws thousands of visitors and raises thousands of dollars for the Lions Club.
Scott Hansen has joined Murray Commercial after having spent more than 25 years in sales and business development in the flexible packaging and electrical industries. He was most recently in the flexible packaging industry developing relationships with food and packaging manufacturers, many of which you probably have in your pantries right now. Scott has a history of building a strong rapport with his customers and colleagues over the years in a way that demonstrates the clients’ needs come first. He firmly believes that to be successful in any client relationship, you must develop a strong sense of trust between the parties.
Scott has personally invested in both residential and commercial real estate for the last 18 years. He knows from firsthand experience what a good real estate investment looks like. He developed, managed, and eventually sold a local business that included land and buildings. Armed with this business management knowledge, Scott brings the necessary financial background to accurately assess a property’s viability whether leasing or brokering a property or managing a property asset.
Scott and his wife Karen both grew up in the Fox Valley and have called many parts of Chicago home. They currently reside in Oak Park and Scott having spent so much time in the near and far west suburbs, has a strong understanding of that market. This knowledge and a passion for real estate combined with Scott’s relationship building skills will help you maximize a transaction that best serves your financial interest whether buying, selling, leasing, or investing in a property.
